Robert Hudock earned his Juris Doctorate degree at the University of San Diego School of Law in 2000. While attending law school, Robert received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award. Additionally, he received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for highest grades in Employment Litigation and Professional Responsibility Seminar. He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Connecticut, graduating cum laude.
Robert practices employment litigation in federal and state courts. He has successfully defended employers in many industries against claims of all types, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, family/medical leave, breach of contract, covenants not to compete and solicit, misappropriation of trade secrets, and others. Robert also counsels his employer clients on a broad range of employment law issues.
