At Pettit Kohn Ingrassia & Lutz, Tyler represents individuals and companies across a variety of industries, advising them on matters relating to business litigation, premises liability, professional liability, and employment practices. Tyler also speaks to businesses on employment law issues.
Tyler received his law degree from the University Of San Diego School Of Law in 2007. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Davis in 2003. At the University of California, Davis, Tyler earned the Chancellor’s Outstanding Senior Leadership Award and was on the Academic Dean’s List. While attending law school, Tyler earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award (formerly the American Jurisprudence Award), and competed in both trial and appellate advocacy tournaments. Tyler was also a founding member of the Business Law Society at the University of San Diego School of Law.
